Wedgwood is a very
establish neighborhood and is also one of the most commonly misspellled
(originally named after the English fine china). It is a semi-suburban
area with many different styles of architecture. There are many
mid-century brick homes along with Tudors and a recent influence of new
construction craftsman homes as well. There is a great sense of
community and is liked by many for the ability to walk to complete most
errands. It has been a hot market for the past 4 to 5 years but is
still one of the more affordable communities in Seattle. |
