The Phinney
neighborhood offers many forms of entertainment. Restaurants with
cuisines from around the world line most of Phinney Ave along with a
few smaller boutique shops and several wonderful condominiums. One of
the best burgers in the nation can even be found at Red Mill Burgers.
Roof decks can have views from the Olympic to the Cascade Mountains.
The big attraction in the area is Woodland Park and Woodland Park Zoo.
Woodland Park offers a main hub for team sports and activities while
being very close to Green Lake as well. Woodland Park Zoo is one of
Seattle's main attractions. Although there are more visitors in the
summer due to the weather and attractions like their concert series Zoo
Tunes, the Zoo also offers a great place in the winter months.
Consisting
of mainly single-family homes and in the center of everything north of
downtown, Phinney Ridge has been attracting young professionals looking
for the community feel while surrounded by activities and things to do. |
