Lake Forest Park offers a strong sense of community in North Seattle. With owner occupied homes at nearly 80% and limited commercial buildings, it is a much different atmosphere than its urban neighbors. portion, near Lake Washington, where Lake Forest Park Town Centre. Its
namesake comes from the location and environment being bordered by Lake
